Vikram S. Adve ada280faa9 Add ConvertConstantToIntType() to unify all constant handling ... that depends on machine register size. Moved insertCallerSavingCode() to PhyRegAlloc and moved isRegVolatile and modifiedByCall to TargetRegInfo: they are all machine independent.
