In the following situations, you will need a custom cable:
- Flashing or updating your quack converter
- ADB to Bluetooth mouse conversion
Building
One easy way to build such a cable is to use any USB A cable and with a DB9 femelle connector. It doesn't matter if the cable is charge-only, USB 1.0 or USB 2.0 etc.
Build the cable with the following connexions:

With this cable you will be able to power your quack converter with any USB charger available.
/!\ Please do not plug the board to an ADB Bus with an external power like this ! It will damage the converter AND your Vintage Mac
