2255887574 Fold (sext (truncate x)) more aggressively, by avoiding creation of a 
sextinreg if not needed.   This is useful in two cases: before legalize,
it avoids creating a sextinreg that will be trivially removed.  After legalize
if the target doesn't support sextinreg, the trunc/sext would not have been
removed before.

753d9cb50e fold trivial token factor nodes. This allows us to compile 
test/CodeGen/X86/fp-stack-ret.ll into:

        movl 4(%esp), %eax
        fldl (%eax)
        ret

instead of:

        subl $12, %esp
        movl 16(%esp), %eax
        movsd (%eax), %xmm0
        movsd %xmm0, (%esp)
        fldl (%esp)
        addl $12, %esp
        ret

by eliminating a token factor that blocked a check.

831e0374a7 switch the VRBaseMap in the scheduler from an std::map to a DenseMap. This 
speeds up the isel pass from 2.5570s to 2.4722s on kc++ (3.4%).

3f97eb449b Introduce new UnarySDNode/BinarySDNode/TernarySDNode nodes, which coallocate 
their operands with the node itself.  This reduces malloc traffic for operand
lists.  This reduces isel time on kc++ from 2.6164 to 2.5570s, about 2.3%.
