Chris Lattner a9a582fbb6 Fix potential problems with unreachable basic blocks. 
Also, while noone's looking, add support for constant expressions.  Wait,

SparcV8 backend skeleton
------------------------

This directory will house a 32-bit SPARC V8 backend employing a expander-based
