a6b1ffcfaa The hasSlot methods are gone. 
Remove the 'PrintName' argument to WriteAsOperand, as it is always true.
Only call getOrCreateSlot on things that are valid.

cae6053587 Fix a CmpInst writing bug by removing merge cruft that I *know* I've removed 
before. Also, make sure we write the predicate value for Cmp instructions
using instruction format 0.

c30598bc3a make all llvm tools call llvm_shutdown when they exit, static'ify some stuff. 
With this change, I can now move -stats to print when llvm_shutdown is called.

This compiles bitcast.ll:test3/test4 into:

19f2ffce45 - Fix X86-64 JIT by temporarily disabling code that treats GV address as 32-bit 
immediate in small code model. The JIT cannot ensure GV's are placed in the
lower 4G.
- Some preliminary support for large code model.
