0b828e08f9 Do not use getTargetNode() and SelectNodeTo() which takes more than 3 
SDOperand arguments. Use the variants which take an array and number instead.

55fc28076f - Refactor the code that resolve basic block references to a TargetJITInfo 
method.
- Added synchronizeICache() to TargetJITInfo. It is called after each block
  of code is emitted to flush the icache. This ensures correct execution
  on targets that have separate dcache and icache.
- Added PPC / Mac OS X specific code to do icache flushing.

1790d44d0d Don't pass target name into TargetData anymore, it is never used or needed. 
Remove explicit casts to std::string now that there is no overload resolution
issues in the TargetData ctors.

07000c6f01 Refactor a bunch of includes so that TargetMachine.h doesn't have to include 
TargetData.h.  This should make recompiles a bit faster with my current
TargetData tinkering.

b4432f3d47 Suck block address tracking out of targets into the JIT Emitter. This 
simplifies the MachineCodeEmitter interface just a little bit and makes
BasicBlocks work like constant pools and jump tables.
