c4558fde76 Unbreak VC++ build. Do not use identifiers starting with _ as they are reserved and 
can collide with system defined names.  Windows defines _BB, for example.

430f626937 In function ComputeMaskedBits(): 
1. Replace getSignedMinValue() with getSignBit() for better code readability.
  2. Replace APIntOps::shl() with operator<<= for convenience.

e7816b5c9e For PR1205: 
Provide an APIntified version of MaskedValueIsZero. This will (temporarily)
cause a "defined but not used" message from the compiler. It will be used

f9536330d6 Radically simplify execution. This patch gets rid of all the special 
handling for integer of various sizes. GenericValue now has just a single
integer field of type APInt. We use its facilities directly in the
execution of all instructions.

deca08d93d Remove the insufficient code in Interpreter::create that computed the 
Target DataLayout incorrectly. For now, we'll trust that the module has
got the correct DataLayout. In the future, this needs to be changed to
tell the TargetData to be "current host".

8fb0f190a9 Simplify things significantly because GenericValue now has a single integer 
field, of type APInt, instead of multiple integer fields. Also, get rid of
the special endianness code in StoreValueToMemory and LoadValueToMemory.
ExecutionEngine is always used to execute on the host platform so this is
now unnecessary.

22a1cf9d3a Add preparePassManager() hook. This allows each pass to check whether 
current active pass manager is appropriate or not.

A loop pass may consider current LPPassManager in appropraite if loop
pass is not preserving analysis information that is used by other
passes managed by current LPPassManager. In such situation, loop pass
can pop current LPPassManager from the PMStack using this  hook
and use new LPPassManager for itself.

9f3d738866 make better use of LCSSA information in RewriteLoopExitValues. Before, we 
would scan the entire loop body, then scan all users of instructions in the
loop, looking for users outside the loop.  Now, since we know that the
loop is in LCSSA form, we know that any users outside the loop will be LCSSA
phi nodes.  Just scan them.

This speeds up indvars significantly.

e0929364e8 Complete the APIntification of the interpreter. All asserts for > 64 bits

c739cd6d07 my recent change caused a failure in a bswap testcase, because it changed 
the order that instcombine processed instructions in the testcase.  The end
result is that instcombine finished with:

which can't get matched as a bswap.

This patch makes instcombine more sophisticated about removing truncating
casts, allowing it to turn this into:

dbab386e23 Fix a significant algorithm problem with the instcombine worklist. removing 
a value from the worklist required scanning the entire worklist to remove all
entries.  We now use a combination map+vector to prevent duplicates from
happening and prevent the scan.  This speeds up instcombine on a large file
from the llvm-gcc bootstrap from 189.7s to 4.84s in a debug build and from
5.04s to 1.37s in a release build.

f09aef7698 Use a better algorithm for rounding sqrt results. Change the FIXME about 
this to a NOTE: because pari/gp results start to get rounded incorrectly
after 192 bits of precision. APInt and pari/gp never differ by more than
1, but APInt is more accurate because it does not lose precision after 192
bits as does pari/gp.

0d54b7df4f Use the APInt versions of the bit-wise conversions of float/double to int 
and back. While this is not strictly necessary, it does pave the way for
future changes in casting. It should now be possible to improve vector
casting to deal with un-equal fp/int sizes.

62aa905595 The 64-bit constructor for ConstantInt changes from int64_t to uint64_t. 
This caused a warning for construction with -1. Avoid the warning by using
-1ULL instead.

c34ebfbcfd Implement arbitrary integer constants through the use of APInt values. 
Positive, negative, and hexadecimal integer constants will now return an
APInt for values having > 64 bits of precision.

f231004a1c Implement support for aribrary precision integers by creating two new 
tokens: ESAPINTVAL and EUAPINTVAL and adding an APInt* as a semantic value.
This allows us to extend the definition of an integer constant to allow
arbitrary precision integer constant values.

681dcd14e9 Implement countLeadingOnes() and getMinSignedBits(). This helps to minimize 
the bit width of negative numbers by computing the minimum bit width for a
negative value. E.g. 0x1800000000000000 could be just 0x8000000000000000

66ed1099ff Improve APInt interface: 
1. Add unsigned and signed versions of methods so a "bool" argument doesn't
   need to be passed in.
2. Make the various getMin/getMax functions all be inline since they are
   so simple.
3. Simplify sdiv and srem code.

Implement review feedback:
1. Use new APInt::RoundDoubleToAPInt interface to specify the bit width so
   that we don't have to truncate or extend in constant folding.
2. Fix a pasteo in SDiv that prevented a check for overflow.
3. Fix the shift operators: undef happens when the shift amount is equal
   to the bitwidth.
